Six slides of Kruger Parks wildest dawgs. Especially slide six.

These wild dogs were resting on the road, while the outside ring of dogs monitored the perimeter. As soon as one squeaks, they all jump up at the potential of lunch time (and team work).

Look closely in the first slide to see one of them has had a bite taken out of it. Battle scars in the wild 😬🫣

That are actually grey and just wearing mud/dust for sun protection and insect repellant.

I can’t make my mind up about hyenas. Are they cute or are they scary?

I thought they were just scavengers, but turns out they hunt up to 95% of their food. Their bite is so strong that it can chew bones though, so I guess that’s why they can be seen around old carcasses with the vultures.

I learned that they are highly intelligent with clans following a matriarchal structure - the ladies are in charge here 💅 hashtag girlboss

The clans can also be known to have up to 80+ members - perfect for building an army if your name is Scar and you hate your brother 🦁.

My only regret was not hearing them laugh, but in their defence, I told zero jokes.

Zaandam, a unique little city in the province of North Holland that has some rather quirky Dutch architecture 🇳🇱

It took me around 40 minutes to bike ride from Amsterdam to Zaandam. Obviously there are no mountains or big hills here so it was actually a really enjoyable ride 🙌🏼

When I look at this photo I can see so many activities to be enjoyed - on the right of the river is a really great spot to park up for the day and swim
🏊🏻‍♂️
Any of the break walls are great to go fishing off

You can hire kayaks and SUP’s just next to the first bridge on the left.

The town has some incredible bars and restaurants to eat at
🍺🍝
And out the back is the hinterland, full of mountains and waterfalls just waiting to be explored.
