Last Wednesday I was on a panel talking about mental health, especially the mental health of young people. 👇

I think it’s very important in today’s society to talk about it especially in the Balkans😅 It’s not a small thing and it can be draining keeping the emotions to yourself. As a content creator/influencer that’s been on social media since 13. I’ve been judged a lot. Today it doesn’t effect me but as a teen my image was very important.

Your real friends will always have your back and the ones that show their true color will just save you the time, their not your friends just remove them ❤️ and the most important thing is you have to believe in yourself because no one is going to believe in you until you make it 🤝🫶
