Red has a lot of meaning one of them being the color of blood, danger. The butterfly represents transformation.
Candles give that red tone to the photograph, but it was intensified with red LED lights.
A lot of times when we see a lot of candles we think of witches or some higher source, which is why it probably reminds you of something you saw in movies.
Something that this photograph represents to me is that the girl with the butterfly on her arm transforms everything she touches like some kind of a witch. With the help of candles she transforms that red danger color to the color of love.
