It's a real shame to see Ontario Place being gutted. When I lived in Parkdale, I loved going over there for a walk through the trees and remains of the actual waterpark. It was always so quiet and felt like you were miles away from the city.

Anyway, glad I got to enjoy it while I could. Enjoy your stupid spa.

One of the things I loved most about Lisbon was the city's vibrancy. We stayed in Alfama, and throughout the week, people were decorating the streets with tinsel and streamers for Festas dos Santos Populares. We unfortunately left the day prior to the two week festival kicking off, but can't wait to go back one day to experience it.

I think one of the reasons I took a break from posting on here was because I was getting caught up in a game of 'likes' without realizing it. A classic case of "if my photos aren't getting any love, they must not be good." That's a pretty sucky way to look at photography.

I take photos because I enjoy it. It's a fun feeling to snap and share things that I find cool or interesting or beautiful. And at the end of the day, it doesn't really matter what other people think anyway.

The Sky Trail

This was Canada's longest pedestrian bridge until it closed in 2013 due to structural issues. At over 3,000 ft long and standing over 150 ft above the South Saskatchewan River, it's still a beautiful sight to behold every time we visit Sask. Hope it reopens one day!
