I agree 100% with this! I'm all well and striving despite my limited time on social media. 🥰
If you want to play dead get off social media. Over the last year I got asked many times if I even shoot weddings anymore. Which makes sense in a way. We live in a world in which social media is no longer an accessory to life, work or relationships. We let it become a building block and I must not be the only one thinking that’s a bit odd. To answer those questions - yes, I’m still here. Even though these digital zeroes and ones don’t represent my existence as much as they did in the past, my work is still here and it evolves just like me. Time away from social media is a friend of mine. It gives me perspective, a chance to reassess, make choices for the future while not being influenced by constant stream of media appearing in our never-ending scrolls. I’m not against it, on the contrary, but it’s just not for me anymore. 10 weddings a year. That’s all I want to shoot. In a human and honest way, just like this unforgettable four days with Michael&Dominick at Don’t let the feed feed you. Cheers!
