Every time someone asks me,�“Why do you run ultra trail races? Why push yourself that far?”
My answer is simple.
Every person needs positive energy in their life. Sometimes we find it anywhere, in unexpected places. And positive energy can have a huge impact on who we are and how we live — especially when it comes from the people around us.

When I reach the finish line, I’m not alone. There are so many others who run the same race, pushing through pain, doubt, and limits — and they reach the finish too. Most of them spread happiness, relief, and pride. That feeling becomes positive energy — not just for themselves, but for everyone around them.

Anyone standing there can feel it.
That’s why I run ultra trail races.�Not just for the distance.�Not just for the challenge.
But to feel that peace.
�To be surrounded by that positive energy.
That’s why I keep coming back.

Sometimes you just have to show up and see what you're made of.
After the epic 70K at Bromo Tengger Semeru, life took over and serious training went out the window. So, toeing the start line at the Forest Adventure Trail Run 50K on Lawu Mountain felt like a leap of faith. 50km with over 3,800m of climbing? With no prep? My mind couldn't even process it.
But the mountains have a way of teaching you. It wasn't pretty, it was brutally hard, but step by grueling step, the kilometers passed. The only goal was to beat the cutoff... and I did. 🎯
This finish feels different. It's a raw reminder that grit and heart can sometimes fill in the gaps. The fire is stoked. 80 kilometers at CTC on Valentine's Day (Feb 14), let's do this. ❤️🔥

My first ultra trail run this year start from BTR 15 to— 70KM at BTS100 in Bromo — brought me so many lessons to learn. I’m super happy with the result, even though I finished just 6 minutes over the 18-hour cut-off time. I accidentally followed the 100K route and had to turn back to the 70K course, which cost me quite some time.

This experience became a gateway for me to understand more about endurance management and how my body performs in long-distance trail running. It taught me the importance of better training and preparation.

This was my last race of the year, but next year I’ll be joining more 50K–100K races.
Thank you, BTS100 — what an amazing trail with the stunning views of Ranu Kumbolo, Semeru, and Bromo mountains. I’ll be back next year with stronger preparation and better results! 🌄🏃‍♂️🔥

Alhamdulillah! I just conquered the 28k UTMB ! 🏔️

This was my most exhausting run of the year. The first half was a brutal fight with the heat 🥵, and I was getting dehydrated by the time I reached the second water station at the peak. But then... the skies opened up! The rain was a blessing, cooling everything down and washing my fatigue away. My head cleared, my muscles recovered, and the rest of the run felt perfect.

I took my time, stopping often to soak in the absolutely stunning views of Lake Toba. This was my first time visiting, and what a way to experience it!

The best part? Finding a new family on the trail. The friends I made, who supported each other every step of the way, made this an truly unforgettable experience. What a day! ✨
