my babies don't cry, they just need constant attention 😅

Went mia this year so here's what I've been up to.

spent time back to my roots, a place I've been avoiding for a while. Created long lasting bonds and memories with zero regrets. Much needed time in reflection. Loved and lost.

travelled. lived slow. shot content across Bali and beyond, worked with incredible hospitality brands including and let the world teach me a few things.

built my SMM agency quietly in the background and grew my client base, sharpened my strategy, and learned that the best work happens when nobody's watching.

fell completely down the AI rabbit hole. People may have their fears and opinions but this tech has truly changed my life in a way I could never imagine. Perhaps it's short lived or has its cons but to me this is a tool that makes anything possible.

and then co founded something. a streetwear styling brand built for creatives 🖤 still in the early days but we're building brick by brick.

Made my way back to Vancouver, where I truly belong. Finally ready to show up without holding back.

This past year I've been nurturing these projects with late nights, blind faith, and everything I've got. I don't know exactly what they'll become but when you're building with purpose, you glow differently. Here's to every woman growing something from nothing 🤍

Sometimes when you take the leap you crash and burn. Sometimes you're the one that sets the match. What I've realized lately is you can change your environment but you can't run from your shadows. They'll follow you until the ends of the earth, until you face them head on, until you dissect every single piece of yourself, who you claim to be, the narratives you falsify, until you break free from an identity that no longer serves you.

I've been busy lately. not at all in the way I thought I would be. I've been stuck. In a transitionary phase. My self is being reflected back at me and I have no other choice but to break it down and build it back up again. I can't be the only one who feels this way. It feels like I'm spiralling down into the depths of hell but somehow knowing I will rise again.

For those that read this far. If you're feeling stuck, maybe you're sick of your unfulfilled life, maybe still in a place you didn't expect to be, maybe you're about to make the next move but are in that awkward tense in between... don't rush it. Clarity comes in these moments of restlessness. Sometimes the growth you're craving doesn't come from running but finally staying still long enough to sit with it.

4 years ago I left behind the familiar and followed the pull toward the west Coast of Canada to pursue my passion. I spent 6 months creating for a transformational spiritual retreat and airbnb property on Bowen Island. It was here that I found clarity on my purpose and path. I knew that I wanted to help brands connect with their audiences, and be part of the creative process behind their growth and success through visual story telling.
