How is it already the end of February?? We’re two months deep into 2026. That’s just wild 🙈
And this being my last week in Germany for a while also feels… wild and bittersweet at the same time 🥲

All those hugs and goodbyes made my heart really heavy and makes it hard to leave… but knowing I have such an amazing group of people to come back to makes it bearable at the same time 🥹
…and yes, I absolutely do remember who promised to visit 🌝 I’ll hold you accountable to that haha

So thanks for being so amazing and cheers to what’s coming next 🤝🙂‍↕️

Ah ja, as a slide up there probably told you already …Australia is next ❤️‍🔥

You won’t believe all the coincidences that made these photos possible 😂
Let me tell you a little story…

Picture this.

Indonesia, end of 2023.
You’re sipping cocktails on the Gili Islands, excited for the next days full of snorkeling and fun.
Then… food poisoning 😂🤝
Or so you think.

After days of fever, the only doctor on the entire island comes to your Airbnb to check on you.
Turns out…nope. Not food poisoning.
Dengue fever 😂
Not life threatening or anything, jaaja 🙈 hop on an emergency boat to the next big island (Lombok) for hospital treatment.

Oh, and you’re seasick too.
And traveling alone 🙂‍↕️🫶

Your visa is about to run out while you’re feeling more dead than alive in the hospital, so one of the nurses’ husbands literally takes your passport and extends your visa for you.
Still grateful for that 🙏

When you can finally leave the hospital, you go back to visit the nurse and her family.
Laugh with their kids 🫶
And meet .drmw :D a local photo/video guy who then casually takes you to Bimmerfest Lombok ’23.

Yes.
An actual festival on a racetrack.
Where all of Indonesia shows up with their BMWs and drives 🏎️

Which somehow turns into one of the best experiences of the entire Indonesia trip 🌝🙏

And then invites you to an amazing after party too of course 🌝

So yeah.
That’s the backstory behind these photos.
Traveling really never gets boring, does it? 😄

Moonscapes | Namibia
You’ll find the Moonscapes right outside of Swakop. Once you’re there, it feels like you’ve set foot on Mars. I was kinda just waiting for Matt Damon to walk by 🌝(cheers to you if you get it:D).

This was actually my first ever glimpse of Namibia’s desert landscapes at the beginning of 2025 & I was completely mesmerised.
From then on, every corner of this country was just different.
Different colours. Different textures. Different moods.

But well… in a country ≈ 825,600 km² big, I guess it makes sense that the landscapes keep changing, right? 😄

Tranquilo (means slowing down:))
spanish sunsets, pizza dinners with friends, slow mornings and long nights in the summer breeze of Mallorca’s countryside 🙂‍↕️🫶

All while still fitting in a few hours of work and meetings each day. Kinda love this balance 🌝

Always very serious and extremely professional on set 🌝 Especially when your bestie is also a pro photographer 🤭♥️
Did we have fun? Yep. 100%
I’ll travel alone if I have to but traveling with friends just hits different 🫶

Namibia is honestly such a wild place. In every sense of the word 😅
Not just the vast, empty landscapes…but the history, the social structure, the architecture. With all the German, some Dutch & British and of course all the different African influences, it kinda makes sense though … but still. Wild 😄🤝

Just casually hanging out with my new pelican friends 🌝 and some whales, dolphins and actual human friends 🫶 (promise there were some 😂) I swear moments like these are why I travel so much. It was just magic.
If you ever find yourself in Swakop definitely take a catamaran tour 🙏 I promise you won’t regret it

This year was insaaaane…in the best way possible 🌝 Sometimes it still feels like a dream, but a really good one :)) It started pretty low, lots of change and chaos… and somehow turned into some of the best months of my life. 2026 I’m soo ready.
I have a feeling it’s going to be just as good (or better). See you there 🤝♥️
