Cinnamon Roll
Percobaan pertama bikin cinnamon roll. Bermula dari kesukaan makan cinnamon roll di Starbucks. Akhirnya, penasaran, trus cari resepnya.

Cara bikinnya sih simpel buat orang yang udah biasa bikin roti. Tapi, kalo belom biasa, yaaa lumayan ribet.

Paling seneng itu pas udah selesai baking cinnamon roll, seluruh penjuru rumah langsung kecium aroma kayu manis :D

I really wanted to bake this cake for 2 years. And today, finally, that dreams come true. A little bit struggling at the process since i keep forgetting stuff. Yet, it's coming out nicely. I do forgot to dusts it with chocolate powder tho since i ran out of that item lol.

Appearance wise, i do think it's a messy tree bark. So, it's nice for me. Should be adding some more decorating here and there but for now, since it's just trying a random recipe i got from internet, it's nice enough for me. Gotta fixes a lot for the actual Buche de Noel. Yeah!

Pork Bao Sandwich
If you ever go to Manado and taste the 'biapong ba', then this is it. In a modern version.

The idea is to remake the traditional biapong ba and make it looks more contemporary.

Needless to say that i'm a big fan too. So this is a big accomplishment for me.

Got a little struggling since i dont know how to make the bao or the pork filling so i kinda improvised a lil' bit. So happy it turns out really good. :D

Magical Brownies!
First time doing a food attraction show!
I really wanting to do this since the first time i knew it and now i can finally do it myself without having to go to expensive café or such place
Thx for Randy Manapa for helping me prep and shoot this

It's a freezed Brownies topped by Dark Pitted Cherries to provide some acidity to tone down the sweetness, some Tempered Chocolate Shards, a Tempered Chocolate to cover the glass, and a warm Chocolate Sauce to pour over.

The idea for this actually came from the melting choco sphere. Since i dont have the mold for sphere choco, i modified a brownies recipe so it can fit my imagination! Lucky to have it going so well :D

Still learning how to do Street properly. Not perfect, but strive to be better each time.

Aglio E Olio Spghetti
Want a delicious spaghetti without having too much hassle and ready in short time? Aglio e olio should be your answer!

Aglio e olio only needs two base ingredients, which is Garlic and Oil. Poach the garlic in the oil, preferably Olive Oil till soft. Then put in the al-dente spaghetti into the oil and makes it even. If you like, you can put herbs like basil or parsley to elevate the taste! Now you have it! So freakin' easy.
