A Community United in Rhythm and Resilience: The MS North West Therapy Centre Event at The Leitrim Inn
Yesterday, The Leitrim Inn was filled with an extraordinary sense of community spirit, incredible music, and profound generosity as it hosted a milestone fundraiser for the MS North West Therapy Centre. Spearheaded by the dedicated Seamus Sweeney, the event proved to be a resounding success, bringing together music lovers, local businesses, and volunteers for a truly unforgettable day.
Music by an Entire Community
At the heart of yesterday’s triumph was the music—not just performed by artists, but embodied by an entire community. From traditional tunes to crowd-pleasing anthems, the atmosphere was electric as local musicians, singers, and performers took to the stage. The shared passion for the cause transformed the venue into a vibrant hub of warmth, connection, and solidarity.
Heartfelt Thanks and Special Mentions
An event of this scale requires immense coordination, hospitality, and behind-the-scenes magic. Huge credit goes to Adelene and Karen from The Leitrim Inn and Blueway Lodge, whose warm welcome, tireless efforts, and exceptional venue support ensured everything ran seamlessly for both guests and performers.
Equal praise goes to Martin Costello, who masterfully handled the sound and stage production. Thanks to Martin’s technical expertise, every note, speech, and performance was delivered with crystal-clear quality, anchoring the day's entertainment professionally.
Making a Lasting Impact
Above all, the true success of yesterday lies in the vital funds and awareness raised for the MS North West Therapy Centre, an organization that provides essential services and support for people living with Multiple Sclerosis in the region.
Through the vision of Seamus Sweeney, the dedication of local hosts like Adelene and Karen, technical mastery from Martin Costello, and the big-hearted generosity of the community, yesterday stands as a powerful reminder of what can be achieved when people come together for a great cause. Please like, share and donate to a great cause.
