Dear All,
The next meeting of Cavan Camera Club will take place on Wednesday 17th 2024 at 7.30 pm in the Backyard Arts Centre, Moynehall. This night will be a Competition night Round 4 of Photographer (Final Competition) of the year and we welcome James Cosgrove back who will adjudicate on the competitions. If you attended the last meeting and have taken portrait images on the night please run them through photoshop etc and bring them in on a memory stick for viewing and advice from the adjudicator.
A full attendance would be appreciated.

The next meeting of Cavan Camera Club will take place on Wednesday night 3rd April in the Backyard Arts Centre, Moynehall at 7.30pm. This night will be a workshop on how to take Portraits hosted by James Cosgrove of Clones Photography Group. A full attendance would be appreciated and members should bring along your camera equipment as there will be an opportunity for you to take some photographs on the night.

Cavan camera Club held the launch of there Annual Exhibition "Memories"on Tuesday night last in Johnston Central Library . Big thank you to Leas-Cathaoirleach Cllr Carmel Brady for officially opening it. Also big thank you to the staff of Cavan County Library Service and to all who attended, we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. The exhibition is open for viewing until December 8th.

We’re back!!
Cavan Camera Club will commence its new season of activities on Tuesday 3rd October 2023 in the Backyard, Moynehall at 7.30pm.
The club meets every 2 weeks thereafter up to the end of April 2024.
If you have an interest and wish to learn and improve your photography and would like information on the Club’s activities do come along on the 3rd.

The next meeting of the Camera Club will take place on Tuesday 28th march in the Backyard, Moynehall at 7.30pm. And it's competition night. This will be an open competition the adjudicator will be Mr. John Sheridan (FIPF) (AFIAP) of John Sheridan Photography, Kells Co Meath, Multi Award winning Landscape and Portrait Photographer. John will also give a presentation on his own Photography on the night. As usual any new members are always welcome.

There was a great turnout for the launch of our Annual Exhibition on Thursday night. Thanks to Cathaoirleach Mr. John Paul Feeley for officially opening it. Thank you to all who attended, we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.
