I don’t usually take photographs like this.
I’m drawn more to the in-between moments. The natural ones. The ones that unfold quietly on their own.

But when she was laid down on this blanket to be changed, everything stopped for a second.
The softness. The stillness. The tiny little features. A small piece of magic I knew I’d want to remember.

They stay this tiny for only a little while.
