Be honest with me:
How often do you look at a photo and immediately start judging yourself?

Most people don’t say “I look happy.”
Instead, they notice their arms. Their smile. Their hair. Their hands. I wonder if that’s why being photographed can feel so uncomfortable.

The moment the camera comes out, we stop experiencing the moment... and start analyzing ourselves.

That’s why I approach every session a little differently.
I’m not trying to help you forget what to do with your hands.
I’m trying to give you something more important to focus on.

Because when your attention shifts...

Sometimes a child doesn’t need another reminder to smile at the camera.

They need someone willing to enter their world for a moment. To listen to their stories, follow their curiosity, and notice the little things they find fascinating.

And sometimes, it’s good for the adults too. A chance to slow down, be present, and remember what it felt like to see the world through a child’s eyes.

Tiny fingers. Sleepy cuddles. Milk-drunk smiles.
The funny thing about this stage is that everyone tells you how tired you’ll be.
But no one really tells you how quickly it passes.
One day they’re a newborn.

And before you know it, the photos are the only way to remember just how small they once were.✨
