Even though the world seems to have come to a stop, there are some things to smile about. Our photography club decided for a bit of fun to enter into an international photography circuit in India. The results arrived yesterday and it's safe to say that we are all delighted with the outcome. Each one of the club members got multiple acceptances, including the members who had never entered into a circuit before, and some of us were lucky enough to bring home some awards also. I was delighted with my honourable mention for my image 3 Still Boats.

Delighted to hear that our club came 13th in the FIAP World Cup for clubs out of 213 clubs in 51 countries. My image is in the bottom row, 2nd from the left.

This is the panel that got us 13th place in the Fiap club World Cup today . To say we are proud of each and every one of our small group of talented ,fun , diverse and amazing photographers would be an understatement .
This was our first time to enter the World Cup and it is an incredible achievement for such a small new club to rank so highly on a world stage .
We even picked up an individual bronze medal for Ger's pic Sad Clown . Congratulations to all involved and as Darragh said 'What a way to close out 2020"..🥳🥳🥳🥳
