I am beyond excited to announce that I will hosting a Photography Exhibition this coming May to take a look back at our time during lockdown through the lens.
This unique exhibition isn’t just a collection of photos; it’s a visual story of our local communities during the Pandemic.
This exhibition will highlight the acts of kindness we all received from one another and the unwavering support and quiet strength that emerged during those unprecedented times.
The idea of showcasing our communities through the Pandemic sparked from my accident during the lockdown. Due to being at home during my recovery, I took the opportunity to document the everyday life during the Pandemic. As my recovery progressed, I ventured to the surrounding communities, such as, Ratoath, Ashbourne and Clonee.
The photographs on display will spark memories, evoke emotions, and perhaps even surprise you. You might see yourself or someone you know reflected in these images, a testament to the shared experiences that have shaped our community over the past few years. The exhibition is an opportunity to celebrate the unwavering spirit that has always defined Dunshaughlin. This free exhibition is perfect for anyone who wishes to see their local community captured in a different light.
I encourage you to bring your friends and family! The exhibition is a great way to spark conversations, share memories, and appreciate the strength and resilience of our community.
Don’t miss the opportunity to reminisce over lockdown through the eyes of locals. Mark your calendar for Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th of May, from 11am to 4pm in St Patrick’s Hall. I hope to see you there!
