One of the biggest pieces of feedback I get when I’m on RTÉ Radio 1 is how refreshing it is to hear a regional dialect on the national airwaves that isn’t from Dublin. And I agree.
I love hearing people on radio and podcasts who sound like themselves. There’s something comforting and grounding in hearing real voices, real accents and real ways of speaking.
