Monika Fabijanczyk is a photographer and an architect, based in County Wicklow, Ireland. Her country of origin is Poland. She studied photography at the National College of Art and Design in Dublin and has had work exhibited in Ireland and United Kingdom. Monika works with analogue equipment, film and the 19th century photographic processes, creating labour intensive, hand crafted photographs. She
specialises in the wet plate collodion technique, producing one of a kind images on glass and metal plates. She is a historical photography tutor, providing workshops in the Gallery of Photography and Block T, in Dublin aa well as individual workshops in the Galerie Lisette, in Enniskerry village
