My 'Fairy Tale Tree' picture. Taken from the Powerscourt Estate looking towards the Sugarloaf Mountain.
This is a Fine Art Canvas print in handmade double frame. The outer frame is black, heavy hard wood and has a floral design. The inner frame (slip) is a distressed white with gold trim. Total size is 30"x20"
I have one available for mothers day. The price is €200 ONO. Others can be ordered but these take at least three days to make

Just finished framing this beautiful Paulineann Murray - Artist painting. Its for sale and hanging in the The Design Loft now (Upstairs at Powerscourt House, Enniskerry. Co Wicklow) but i can't see it being there long.

Yesterday evening i performed a live demo at Greystones Camera Club on mounting and framing. The picture was taken by one of the members and was chosen by the club committee as their favourite picture from those that submitted photos for the clubs annual exhibition (Very hard as there are loads of favourites).
To make things interesting the person at the club did not know it was their picture being framed until it was actually finished and held up. It was also 4 times bigger than the rest of the exhibition pictures.
A very nervous night trying to talk and make a double mount and frame to precise measurements. (Only the glass was cut before the demonstration)
As you can see by the picture everything turned out great and the finished picture looks beautiful in the frame.

Its not just Photos and Paintings that look great in a Frame. This baby hand print was brought to me for framing. It is one of a pair which had been kept in the original packaging in a cupboard. Now they take pride of place on a wall in their black box frames, backed on high quality mount board and protected behind glass.

It has been a privilege to be able to frame some of Paulineann Murray - Artist beautiful canvas paintings. Paulineann is a fine artist based in Enniskerry, County Wicklow, her wonderful canvas paintings come in various sizes. Have a look at her page to see more and find out where they are exhibited.

The one pictured is framed in a 55mm deep Limed White box frame and is set on an Iced White backing board with 2" space.

Greystones Camera Club are having their 2nd annual photographic exhibition from December 6th (10am) until December 8th (6pm).
