The Burren Photography Workshop
May 18th to 20th
Hi I have 14 places for a Photo Tour in the beautiful surroundings of The Burren in Co Clare. The weekend we'll be spent photographing wildflowers, seascapes and the Cliffs of Moher and is open to all with a camera and I'll be teaching throughout the weekend to help you get the best out of your Camera.
I have booked 14 beds in Doolin in a hostel and the rooms are as follows.
Room 1 x5 people
Room 2 x4 people
Room 3 x3 people
Room 4 x2 people
And includes Continental Breakfast.
Day 1
Meeting point Ennis Train station at 19.00 and from here we'll head to Doolin to photography around the village and the sunset.
Day 2
We will head off on foot from Doolin village and walk along the cliff face to the Beautiful Cliffs of Moher photographing the wild flowers on route and then get the shuttle bus to Doolin ( bus not included in price ). After lunch we'll head to Fanore Beach area for seascapes shots and stay around for the sunset.
Day 3
We will head along the coast road leaving Doolin passing the famous limestone landscape and stopping along the way for shots this is part of the wild Atlantic way, through the fishing village of Ballyvaughan and heading in to The Burren National park.
Each night we'll eat and have a few drinks in Doolin.
The cost is €145 Per Person and includes 2 nights accommodation and the workshop and is based on 14 people coming.
We'll need around 4 cars for the weekend and if we meet at Ennis Train Station at 19:00 for those eho arent driving or I can hire a small minibus BUT the price will increase a lot more. A deposit of €50 is needed to secure your place and is non refundable if you pull out.
You need to bring.
Camera and Tripod
Rain clothing
Walking boots as we will be walking
And a big smile.
The accommodation is Doolin Hostel.
