So yesterday I took a quick spin to West Clare to take some photos of seaweed for a concept I have but when I got to Kilkee the beach was immaculate! I believe the farmers use the seaweed for fertiliser and scoop it up early. After a bit of rabbit holing I discovered theres a rich tradition of this on the West Coast. Everyday is a school day folks. Anyway, I shot this colour study instead over on the steps. Carry on.

I popped into the LSAD Graduate show yesterday and it's a fantastic show. Well worth a perusal! There was a fantastic vibe and it got me to reminiscing on the Repeal The 8th March in 2018. My documentation of the event (and especially Rachel Fallons 'Aprons Of Power') has subsequently been published in numerous international journals and is in the permanent collection of the National Museum Of Ireland, The Arts Council of Ireland and one is currently on the National Curriculum for Art History on the Leaving Cert. Amazing day.
