respectfully submit this request on behalf of daily wage workers who are struggling to survive in day-to-day life. The income earned on daily wages is uncertain and insufficient to meet basic needs such as food, housing, education, and medical expenses.
Despite working sincerely and continuously for many years, daily wage workers do not receive job security, fixed salaries, or social benefits. This creates constant financial stress and makes it very difficult to maintain a dignified life.
Therefore, I humbly request the concerned authorities to kindly consider the regularisation of daily wage employees who have completed the required years of service. Regularisation will provide stability, improve living conditions, and motivate workers to continue serving with dedication and honesty.
I sincerely hope the government will take a compassionate and positive decision in this matter.

the Divisional Forest Office which has already been approved for Tral. However, despite the approval, the office is still functioning from Awantipora and has not yet been shifted to Tral.
This delay is causing inconvenience to the general public of Tral and nearby areas, as people have to travel unnecessarily for official forest-related work. The establishment of the office at Tral, as approved, would greatly facilitate better administration, public service delivery, and ease for local residents.
We therefore humbly request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps to ensure the immediate shifting of the Divisional Forest Office to Tral at the earliest.
