Sicily doesn’t feel real sometimes. 🌩️🇮🇹

One minute the sky is almost black with storm clouds… the next, golden sunrise light breaks through and turns the whole city into something out of a painting!

This was taken from our ship arriving into Messina at golden hour with the Santuario di Montalto glowing above the city while the mountains disappeared into the storm behind it!

Italy really does have a way of making you stop and stare.

I hope everyone got out to enjoy the aurora last night.
The strongest display I have seen and so clear to the eye too! This is my pic of the night, not the strongest in colour but what is amazing, and I can't believe, that I am actually facing SOUTH in the photograph! Utterly amazing to have that level of display to the south! The stars were so clear too (before the fog rolled in!)

What a fantastic weekend we had with the cast and crew for final days of filming of 'Bleeding the Cow'. I was delighted to capture some of the behind the scenes of what is going to be an absolutely epic production. It was a bitterly cold weekend up the hills but there was great fun with the super cast and crew .kenny.music

My oh my what a month it's been at Eclectic Avenue Avenue!

Great fun and lovely friends made! A true community of some beautiful souls. I have to say it was quite emotional finishing up this evening, I have met some of the nicest people over this last month.

Thank you to all who came by, admired work, chatted or purchased a piece for themselves or a family member or friend!

Thanks to the team behind Eclectic and all the fabulous vendors and patrons.

On the way back to the car this evening, I paused for a few minutes in beautiful Rowe Street Church to light some candles for those who are not with us this year, a lovely quiet moment of reflection after a very full on month!

Thank you to all those who traveled on this journey of life with me in 2025 and I look forward to our paths crossing again in 2026.

The fantastic The Driftwood Sessions hosted by Shane Kenny took place in Red Books Underground in Eclectic Avenue last night. The talent of these singer/songwriters/musicians never ceases to amaze me!
