Another nice collection from Italy, growing just along the forest path. First time find for me as I never managed to find this in Ireland, if it exists there.

Spores with irregular warts/ridges, sometimes coalescing:

Midotis lingua

Another interesting collection from the Dolomites, from about 1500 masl, growing right above the stream in the forest, with lots of large and over mature specimens as well. In the absence of DNA, I think the macro features and larger ellipsoid spores separate it from the very similar M. subalpina.
