In this heat, who wouldn't love to have a poptail?

Watermelon mojito popsicles!! :D

Recipe:
1 cup watermelon
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons lime juice
4 Mint leaves
3 tablespoons water

Mix all this in a blender, add 3 tablespoons of Rum (or more ;)) & freeze in popsicle moulds overnight!

Beat the heat!!
