Cheating by Boat again. Delayed delivery after 2 days. But still they are not ready to cancel the order or refund.

Never buy Boat products. I ordered this watch for Rs. 3699. Next day the price dropped to Rs. 3299. And still with higher price I paid, i didn't receive the item on time on 25th Sep as shown in checkout.

Please note: their cancellation policy is not shown on website, they are demanding, the item ordered can only be cancelled within 4 hours after order confirmation.

I got confirmation mail after 4 hours 3 minutes(delayed). Here itself we can confirm that they purposefully doing this for their sales.

NEVER PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM BOAT.

Don't buy any product from Boat. Very very bad experience on my first purchase itself

Worst experience with boat for my first purchase itself. None of the customer care representatives are polite. Pankaj was very roud. Couldn't deliver my product on time and boat will not cancel the order and give a refund. I will not recommend this company to anybody. This was a gift for a friend, which was perfect while check out, but the next day the delivery date got delayed to one more day. So i cannot accept this order and this was company fault. So, i request for a refund, which they refused. I wrote atleast 5 complaints through email and called 8 timea to customer service and 3 times in chat. Each time they told me, their representative will call me back, but that never happened for last 6 days. If the begining is like this, these people will never replace any item or what will happen like 1 year warrenty? They will find reasons to avoid it anyhow. Never purchase any item from boat. It's an Indian company, but they are behaving to their customers like enemies.

Share as much as you can, let our friends before falling in cheating.

Can get similer products from other companies even in lower price.
