It was quite fascinating to observe the effects of time and nature on two distinct materials on this ' Shikhara '.
Is it safe to say that art never dies?

This Vijay Vitthal Temple in Hampi with its glorious history and beautiful Dravidian architecture, was nothing less than a timeless example of art. Time and situations sure had an effect on this temple, but nothing could overpower its beauty.

I often wonder the effect time has on expressions of art. Is art lost as we move forward in time? Or does art become timeless?

Often it's about our perception of what we understand as art. This Vijay Vitthal Temple in Hampi with its glorious history and beautiful Dravidian architecture, was nothing less than a timeless example of art. Time and situations sure had an effect on this temple, but nothing could overpower its beauty.
