Kadlekai Parishe is an annual ground nut fair held in Basavanagudi, Bengaluru. The farmers from surrounding villages come here every year and offer their annual harvest of groundnut as an offering to Lord Basava at Bull Temple in Basavanagudi. This is accompanied by the annual fair, which is known as the Kadlekai Parishe.
Apart from the Groundnuts, there are numerous stalls in the fair, selling Bangles, traditional toys and clay trinkets, plastic and glass dolls, Mehndi tattoos. There are a variety of food items, such as Bajji, Bonda, Batthaas, Bendu and Coloured sodas on sale during the fair.

Kanakagiri Utsava is an annual fair held at Kakakagiri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple in Koppala district, Karnataka. Garuda, the mighty king of birds also known as Vynatheya is the divine vehicle or Vaahana of Lord Venkateshwara (Vishnu). Garudothsava is an unique occation when thousands of devotees gather together to witness the procession of Garuda. It is celebrated on the previous day of the fair where the villagers walk with fire torches at the dawn.
