The best way to know a person is to travel with them. You’ve gotta deal with long journeys, different cultures, different conditions and sometimes even spend barely any time in the toilet.
It might be amusing but it is the truth, travelling can be luxurious as well as challenging. That’s the beauty of it all. You can travel to the best hotel and live a kings life or decide to bagpack and walk for hours dealing with the different challenges throw to you.
This diversity is why people love to travel. Every wound can heal in its own unique way. Every lost soul can find a home wherever he wants.

This is a click of Somnath Temple at the foot of the Bhangarh Fort.
The fort is said to the most haunted places in Asia.

While I did not find any peculiar happenings in or around the area, the locals deeply believe that the fort is indeed haunted and the local police es**rt all the tourists out before sunset.
There are many different theories to what actually happens there, none of them are conclusive enough to be sure.
Despite all the stories of the fort being haunted, the tourists find themselves admiring the architecture of the fort and the areas surrounding it.

In November 2016, we travelled to McLeodganj to trek till the Laka Glacier which is further ahead of the famous camping spot, Triund.

After travelling the entire night in the bus from Neemrana, a small village on the Delhi-Jaipur Highway. We reached the foot of McLeodganj in the afternoon.

As we dragged our tired sleepless selves walking towards our hotel for the day, I found this foreign solo traveller breaking the stereotype and lost in her own world.

This portrays the exact essence of travelling. Going to new places all alone, where no one knows you. Every face has a new story to tell, every town, every village a million stories to tell. That’s what got me into photography. Trying to capture those million stories through my lens.

Sitting by the pool after a morning swim. Chilling and having breakfast in Grand Centara, Koh Samui, Thailand. 🇹🇭
When you just see the sunrise high into the sky behind the tall palm trees.
The sun reflects perfectly and gives out a sense of hope and positivity.
This moment was mesmerising and I would love to relive it again.
