It's funny how flashes of color
Like a sunset or sunrise can inspire
It can calm your inner self a bit
It's a scene you can never tire
The serenity gives you a chance
To put things in perspective
Life can be overwhelming at times
And a sunset can be reflective
So when the sky lights up next time

The long awaited, socially distant and desperate visit to the sunset colors at Sukhna lake (once again). Surely I wasn't expecting that much of the crowd. Fortunately, there was nobody at my favourite sunset Photography location. I learnt few things capturing this photograph. One more - "a good photograph is knowing where to stand" - Ansel Adams. Secondly, you cannot do a lot when there are 'curfew timings' in mind. I captured around 5 compositions and this was what I least planned for, and the best of all. 8 stops GD filter, 18mm (27), long enough exposure and f/11.
