A pop of vibrant fuchsia that tastes like pure tradition! ✨ Behold, my homemade Beetroot Murukku, a healthy twist on the classic South Indian snack.

📸 The Shot:
I styled this shot to highlight the snack's incredible, all-natural colour and perfect texture. They are piled artfully on a rustic, wooden bowl, using twin Godox lights - one balanced and another warm - to add an aesthetic value. The relative props are used to add even more richness to the image.

😋 The Flavour:
Don't let the vivid colour fool you—the earthy sweetness of the beetroot is completely neutralized during preparation, leaving behind a delightful, savoury surprise! The primary taste is a rich blend of toasted rice flour and the authentic punch of Indian spices with a hint of the beetroot inside.
