Manoj Bharti Gupta is a Delhi-based visual storyteller, photographer, and independent thinker whose work is deeply rooted in realism, socio-political awareness, and human narratives. As a key creative force behind MBG Photography, he brings a distinctive perspective shaped by lived experience, self-education, and years of artistic exploration.

Bio
A largely self-taught individual, Manoj firmly believes:
“Self-education is the only education.”
Born and raised in Delhi’s Sultanpuri JJ Colony (49 Slums Cluster), his early life shaped his sensitivity toward social realities. He began his academic journey at Sarvodaya Vidyalaya, where even minimal resources did not limit his curiosity and determination.
He later pursued higher education at the University of Delhi, but chose to leave during his second year of BA to follow his passion for media and storytelling. He completed a diploma in Mass Communication from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, Delhi, marking the beginning of his journey into the world of visual communication.
