ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಉದಯಶಿಕರ್ A ಆದ ನಾನು ಮಲ್ಲನಾಯಕನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ನಿವಾಸಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 200 ರಿಂದ 300ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗಲೆಂದು ಹಾಗೂ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ವಯಸ್ಸಾದ ವೃದ್ಧರು, ವಯಸ್ಸಾದ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಕೂಲಿಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರು ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಕೋಟೂರು ಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ತೆರಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವರಿಗೆ ತೊಂದರೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
