As I stared at the lioness and her cub from the Marsh Pride, a sense of awe and wonder washed over me. I had always been drawn to photographing animals, but this moment, this scene, was different. It was as if I was witnessing something profound, something primal and pure.

The lioness and her cub were curled up together, their bodies intertwined. The cub was nursing, and the lioness was gazing at her with a look of such tenderness and love that it brought tears to my eyes.

In that moment, I was reminded of my own mother, of the love and protection she had always given me. I realized that despite the many differences between us, humans and animals are not so different after all. We all share the same basic emotions: love, joy, sadness, fear, anger.

I watched as the lioness nuzzled her cub's head and the cub purred contentedly. I thought about all the mothers in the world, human and animal alike, who care for their young with such devotion. I thought about the unbreakable bond between mother and child.

This is why I photograph animals. I want to capture the beauty, the strength, and the resilience of the natural world. I want to show people the deep connection that we all share with the animals that inhabit this planet.

I want people to see the lioness and her cub and remember their own mothers. I want them to see the wolf pack hunting together and think of the importance of teamwork and cooperation. I want them to see the elephant herd grieving for a lost loved one and realize that we are all capable of great empathy and compassion.

I believe that by understanding the emotions of animals, we can better care for them and build stronger relationships with them. We can also learn more about our own emotions and how they evolved.

The Princess : Silhouettes are my first love, that's what I used to click when I started photography. Watching animals with Sun/Moon in the backdrop is always wonderful. Animals are my Rockstars and such a backdrop makes the scene so dramatic.
