Barcelona Beach Festival is one of Spain's biggest dance music events, held each summer on Platja del Fòrum in the north of the city.

From the lineups packed with global superstars of EDM, big room house, trance and more, to the gargantuan production and staging that towers over the crowds of ravers, everything at the coastal summer fiesta is done to an enormous scale.

And with several years experience and an impressive roster of previous performers to boast about, BBF has become a firm fixture in the festival calendar for dance music fans, both from Spain and from further afield.

Picking up the baton of Fusion greats like Weather Report, Chick Corea's Electric Band, Herbie Hancock, Sixum, and Zawinul Syndicate, PATAX includes the influences of Jazz artists such as Irakere, Wayne Shorter, Miles Davis, Hermeto Pascoal, and Paco de Lucia.
We began with the ambitious goal of taking Fusion to a new place, where a communion between Flamenco, Funk, and Afro-Cuban influences is the key ingredient in a complex and magical recipe.
It is rare to experience a percussionist assuming the leading role and composer's seat in a Jazz band.
Jorge Perez, with both American and Spanish citizenships, presents a fascinating new mix that incorporates the blend of cultures with his outstanding knowledge of each of their roots.
In his quest he has put together an exceptionally gifted band composed of the new generation of international Jazz players located in Spain.
Some listeners have described PATAX as the band that the Fusion scene in Europe has been waiting for...

La Cursa Bombers de Barcelona és la prova de 10 quilòmetres més popular de la ciutat. Els seus principals protagonistes, els bombers, són uns dels cossos més estimats per la ciutadania i córrer al seu costat és una oportunitat única.
Són milers i milers les persones que hi han participat durant els seus 20 anys d’història. La Cursa Bombers de Barcelona es caracteritza per ser una gran festa de l’esport, una jornada de running amb amics i amigues.
