Air fryer fried chicken is a genuinely impressive take on a comfort food classic—crispy, juicy, and surprisingly light without sacrificing flavor. What stands out immediately is the texture: the exterior achieves that golden, crackly crunch you expect from deep frying, yet it’s noticeably less greasy. That alone makes it feel like a smarter, more modern version of traditional fried chicken.

The seasoning is where your version really shines. Each bite carries a well-balanced blend of spices that seeps into the meat rather than just sitting on the crust. There’s depth—savory, slightly smoky, with just enough salt to enhance rather than overpower. If you used a marinade or pre-seasoning step, it clearly paid off, because the flavor isn’t superficial; it runs all the way through.

Inside, the chicken remains tender and juicy, which can be tricky with an air fryer. You’ve managed to avoid the common pitfall of dryness, suggesting good temperature control and timing. The meat pulls away easily, and the contrast between the crispy coating and moist interior is spot-on.

Another highlight is the overall balance. The coating isn’t too thick or heavy, allowing the chicken itself to stay the star. And because it’s air-fried, the dish feels less indulgent while still delivering that satisfying crunch and richness people crave.

If there’s any room for refinement, it might be in experimenting with even more textural contrast—perhaps a slightly coarser crumb or a double-coating technique for an extra-crunchy finish. But honestly, as it stands, this is a well-executed dish that proves you don’t need a vat of oil to make excellent fried chicken.

Overall, air fryer fried chicken is flavorful, thoughtfully prepared, and highly satisfying—a great example of how technique and attention to detail can elevate a simple dish.

Doing a Bhagwat Path at home is not just a ritual—it’s a powerful way to invite peace, clarity, and spiritual growth into your daily life.
We ourselves invited 20+ people( ভকত as we call them). They started the preparation of fruits and other offerings. We washed their feets and then bowed down and they entered and started the bhagwat path. We let them have a little snack and they started again. After finishing the bhagwat path, we arranged a veg meal for them which was prepared wihtout the use of onion and garlic. After the meal, they blessed us once again and bid farewell. That day i got to know that real power comes from your focus, devotion, and consistency and perfection.

For people who might have seen this for the first time, this is more than content—it’s culture, connection, and community.

Ujoni Namoni offers a dining experience that feels deeply rooted in the culinary traditions of Northeast India, and our recent meal there was both comforting and memorable. The highlight of our visit was a thoughtfully prepared spread that showcased local flavors with authenticity and care.

We began with their Veg Thali, which was a wholesome and well-balanced platter. Each component felt intentional rather than filler—simple dal with a homely warmth, seasonal vegetables cooked just right, and a tangy chutney that lifted the entire meal. The rice was fresh and fluffy, tying everything together beautifully. It’s the kind of meal that doesn’t try too hard but still leaves a lasting impression because of its sincerity.

Where Ujoni Namoni truly stood out, though, was in their pork dishes. The Naga Style Pork Curry was bold and unapologetically flavorful. It carried that signature smokiness and heat typical of Naga cuisine, with tender pork pieces soaking up a rich, spicy gravy. The balance between heat and depth was impressive—it had a kick, but it never overwhelmed the palate.

Equally remarkable was the Smoked Pork with Lai Xaak. This dish leaned more into earthy, comforting flavors. The smokiness of the pork paired beautifully with the slight bitterness and freshness of the lai xaak (mustard greens), creating a dish that felt both rustic and refined. It’s the kind of combination that might seem simple on paper but requires skill to execute well—and they got it just right.

Overall, Ujoni Namoni delivers food that feels genuine and rooted in tradition rather than commercialized. The flavors are bold where they need to be and subtle where it matters, making for a satisfying and well-rounded meal. If you’re looking to explore authentic regional cuisine, especially pork specialties, this place is definitely worth a visit.
