আমার ভাই ইন্দ্রনীল ভট্টাচার্য (৯৮৩০৭৭৬৮৪৩) এবং তার স্ত্রী সোনালী ভট্টাচার্য (৯৮৩০০৩৪২১২) দীর্ঘদিন ধরে আমার ওপর ( শান্তনু ভট্টাচার্য্য) এর ওপর মানসিক অত্যাচার করে চলেছে সম্পত্তি সংক্রান্ত কারণে এবং নানা মিথ্যে অপবাদ দিয়ে চলেছে আমার ' অপরাধ' আমি তার কাছে আমার সম্পত্তির কি হলো তা জিজেস করেছিলাম কেননা বয়স জনিত কারণে আমার বাবা যিনি তাদের সঙ্গে থাকছেন ( গত একবছর ধরে তাঁকে আমার সঙ্গে দেখা করতে দাওয়া হচ্ছে না) তার মেমরি লস ( ডিমেনশিয়া) হওয়াতে তার কোনো এইবয়সে কোনো মতামত নেই আর তার কোনো ভয়েস নেই আমার একমাত্র আবেদন বাবার যেহুতু অনেক বয়েস হয়েছে তাই তার কোনো মতামত নেই এবং আমার ভাই এবং ভাইয়ের বৌয়ের ব্যবহারএর জন্যও কিছু তিনি বলতে বিরতি থাকেন আমার অনুরোধ আমি যেন আমার বাবাকে একটু দেখতে পারি আর দেখতে পারবো কিনা জানি না তাদের বারবার বলা সত্বেও বাবাকে আমাকে দেখতে দেয়নি তাতে আমি মানসিক ভাবে ভেঙে পড়েছি

This is to let you know that my sister-in-law Sonali Bhattacharya (9830034212), who lives at 3 B, 79 P Mazumdar Road, Kolkata 700078, is continuously harassing and defaming me by taking money out of my 94-year-old father Sunil Kumar Bhattacharya's pension account (my father lives with them) and accusing me of doing so. She and his husband, my brother Indranil Bhattacharya (9830776843) accused me of taking Rs 37,000 out of my father's account last year, and they also told others about it.When I confronted them and asked them to provide the check number and withdrawal date, they retreated.

In a similar manner, my brother informed me via messaging a few days ago that I had taken Rs.50,000 out of my father's pension account.I confronted him again and told him that you accused me to satisfy your sinister motive after your wife withdrew it from my father's pension account.

Their baseless accusations against me have left me feeling embarrassed and under a great deal of mental strain.My father doesn't even object to my ordeal because he is an elderly, frail man with dementia problems and they took the advantage.

এই ধরণের ক্রিমিনাল মাইন্ডেড লোকজনদের চিহ্নিত করা খুব প্রয়োজন আমার ভাই ইন্দ্রনীল ভট্টাচার্য্য (9830776843) এবং তার স্ত্রী সোনালী ভট্টাচার্য্য আমার বৃদ্ধ পিতা সুনীল কুমার ভট্টাচার্য্যর পেনশন একাউন্ট থেকে নিয়মিত টাকা তাঁকে না জানিয়ে তুলছে আর অনেক সময়ে তা আমার ঘাড়ে চাপিয়ে আমাকে অপমানিত করার চেষ্টা হয় আমার ভাই তার ফোন নম্বর তাঁর পারমিশন ছাড়াই আমার পিতার পেনশন একাউন্টএর সঙ্গে সংযুক্ত করতে তারা বুঝতে পারে কখন টাকা ঢুকছে একাউন্টে আর আমার পিতার বয়সজনিত কারণে মেমরিলস হওয়াতে তিনি কিছুই মনে রাখতে পারেন না আর তার সুযোগ তারা নিচ্ছে আর একবছর ধরে আমাকে যেমন তাদের ফ্ল্যাটে যেতে দাওয়া হয় না তাম্বি আমার কাছেও বাবাকে আস্তে দাওয়া হয় না মুখে তারা বলে তিনি অসুস্থ কিন্তু ব্যাঙ্ক কিংবা তাদের অন্য প্রয়োজনে তারা তাঁকে রাস্তায় বার করতে দ্বিধা বোধ করে না

I strongly protest to the manner my brother Indranil Bhattacharya and his wife Sonali Bhattacharya have continuously humiliated me. First, they have prevented my father Sunil Kumar Bhattacharya from visiting me, which he did on a regular basis, and they have also prevented me from entering their flat to see my father since March 2025.since I have been waiting for four years to claim property from my brother.

Second, in order to access my father's bank account and siphon money from it, my brother linked his mobile phone number to his pension account without his knowledge.Sonali Bhattacharyya, his wife, frequently took money out of my father's bank account while blaming me. She just took out Rs 37,000 and Rs 50,000 from my father's bank account, but she accused me of doing it.When I confronted them, they retreated.As a age related memory loss ( dimentia), my father can not remember anything and he is afraid of raising any objection against any of their decision they are manipulative and egoistic.In these way they are harassing me and in recent months I am suffering from various illness and my health is deterioted rapidly.So i need to meet my father desperately but they are still preventing to meet my father.
