Barrackpore Photolovers’ Association
In the year 2012, a group of keen amateur photographers, initiated a move to form a photolovers group in Barrackpore. Though finance was scarce, resources were limited, but enthusiasm and resolve were in abundance. tes a photography club for the exclusive use and enjoyment of its members. Promote interest, knowledge, experience and enjoyment in the art and science of photography through presentation, practice and sharing of experience among its members. Foster, in its members, personal growth and expression, creativity, excellence and ethical conduct in all aspects of photographic endeavour. To provide the opportunity for all members to show their selected works in exhibition from time to time. The Association does not contemplate pecuniary gain or profit to the members thereof and is organized for nonprofit purposes. Application for membership is open to all photographers, amateur or professional. Membership shall not be restricted in any way in regards to applicants’ profession or location.
