One drop of glue… and the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 stopped working! 😳

This DJI Osmo Pocket 3 came to us after the customer accidentally used Fevikwik (super glue) to fix a loose rubber piece. Unfortunately, the glue seeped into the Power and Record buttons, causing the gimbal to shut down completely and become unresponsive.

Thankfully, our team was able to diagnose the issue and complete the repair on the very same day, so the customer could get back to creating content without a long wait. ✅

⚠️ Repair Tip: Never use super glue on cameras, gimbals, or other electronic devices. Even a small amount can enter buttons or internal components and cause serious damage.

Today, we received a DJI Air 2S that had fallen into salt water. As you can see in the video, a large amount of salt residue had built up inside the drone. Unfortunately, the customer brought it to us after a long delay, giving corrosion enough time to severely damage the internal components.

Sadly, this drone is beyond repair.

⚠️ Drone Care Tip:
If your drone ever falls into water—especially salt water:
• Do not try to power it on.
• Remove the battery immediately.
• Avoid charging it.
• Bring it to a professional service center as soon as possible. The faster you act, the better the chances of saving your drone.

We’ve shared this tip before, but it’s worth repeating because these cases keep coming in.

Another Sony FX3 mirrorless camera came to us with a severely damaged CMOS sensor caused by a laser attack. Recently, we have been receiving back-to-back cases of laser-damaged sensors, which is a growing concern for photographers and videographers.

That’s why we continue to create videos and share care tips about laser safety. Our goal is to spread awareness to as many people as possible and help camera owners avoid costly repairs and unnecessary losses.

⚠️ Camera Care Tip: Never point your camera toward laser lights at concerts, events, or stage shows. Even a brief exposure can permanently damage the sensor.

📸 Nikon Z8 Repair | Camera Care Tips

Another successful repair completed! 🔧✨

This time, a Nikon Z8 came to us with a blank LCD display. After inspection, we found that the issue was caused by a damaged LCD flex cable (flap). The faulty part was carefully repaired, and the camera is now working perfectly again.

⚠️ We’ve shared similar care tips before, but they’re worth repeating:

✅ Always open and close the LCD screen gently.
✅ Avoid putting pressure on the screen while carrying the camera.
✅ Use a protective camera bag with proper padding.
✅ Keep your camera away from moisture, dust, and extreme temperatures.
✅ Never force any moving parts if they feel stuck.
✅ Schedule regular inspections if you use your camera professionally.

A small mistake can lead to costly repairs, but proper care can keep your camera performing like new for years.
