An evening spent celebrating excellence, passion and the incredible talent that continues to shape India's food and hospitality industry.

It was a privilege to present awards to some truly deserving individuals and witness the remarkable work being done across the country.

I am equally humbled and honoured to receive the award for "Outstanding Contribution to the Hospitality Industry" by the Food Connoisseurs India Awards, 11th Edition, 2026.

A heartfelt thank you to my team, whose dedication and hard work make every achievement possible. This recognition only inspires us to continue pushing boundaries and doing what we love most.

Grateful for the journey, and excited for what lies ahead.

Summer just got a lot more indulgent with Vadilal's newest launches — Pista Kunafa and Cafe Mocha.

For this TVC, the focus wasn't on elaborate styling, but on capturing what today's consumer truly relates to — convenience, accessibility and that irresistible first bite. The packaging played an equally important role as the product itself, showcasing how easily your favourite ice cream can go from pack to palate.

Set in a warm home environment, the film celebrates those simple moments of indulgence. A tear of the pack, a bite of the ice cream, and the expressions say it all. Sometimes, that's all it takes to communicate the joy of a great product.

Here's our food styling work for Vadilal's latest summer flavours.

Basil leaves are everywhere — in salads, pastas, pizzas, sandwiches and countless gourmet dishes. But they’re also one of the quickest herbs to wilt and lose their visual appeal during a shoot.

In this edition of the Green Leafy Series, I’m sharing one of the techniques we use on set to keep basil looking fresh, vibrant and full of life for longer hours. Sometimes, it’s these small insights that make the biggest difference to the final frame.

Hope this helps in your next shoot. Stay tuned for more food styling insights from years of hands-on experience behind the camera.

These are the kind of practical insights that don’t come from courses, webinars or classrooms, but from real shoot experience where every small detail changes the final frame.

In this video, I’m sharing one such approach that helps maintain freshness, texture and life in leafy greens during a shoot.

Here’s the final TVC for the launch of Oreo Golden — a new twist to the classic vanilla flavour.

A simple biscuit, but every frame was built around texture, indulgence and detail — from cream layers and flowing drips to pack shots, product moments and lifestyle visuals with models. Sometimes the simplest products demand the most precision to make them feel rich and irresistible on screen.

Always special collaborating with an amazing team to bring a campaign like this to life.
