The past few days leading up to the eclipse were tough, with clouds and shifting skies making it uncertain. We were continuously tracking the weather through every app we could, hoping for a break. Anyone who follows astronomy knows how rare it is to get clear conditions on the exact night of an astronomical phenomenon — let alone something as special as a Super Blood Moon.
But luck worked in our favor. On the night of the eclipse, the skies cleared and gave us a perfect view.
We ended up driving 200 km from Pune to Pandharpur, chasing clear skies — and every kilometer paid off.
