Honey Lemony Paneer...!!
How To Cook.
Cooking time : 25-35 minutes
Level:-Easy
Ingredients
1.Paneer cut into cubes 200gm
2.Red chili powder
3.Pinch of turmeric powder
4.Olive oil 1 table spoon
5.Garlic & ginger finely chopped 1 tea spoon each.
6.Onion cubes 1 cup.
7.Lemon 1 no
8.Salt to taste
9.Pepper To taste
10.Lemon zest a pinch
11 Lemon Leaf 4-5 (optional)
12.Curry leaf 5-10.
13.Honey ¼ tbsp.
14.Capsicum cubes 1 cup.
15.2 green chili
16.Parsley (good to have)
17.Fresh coriander Leaf
Method:
1. Marinate the Paneer with salt ,turmeric, black pepper powder , red chili powder for 20 minutes.
2. In a non stick pan heat the olive oil. fry the Paneer till it become lightly browned ,then keep it aside.
3. Heat the olive oil ,Add in the curry leaf ,lemon leaf, chopped garlic, ginger and green chili
4. when garlic become bit brown add onion and capsicum sauté in high flame.
5. Now add honey & lemon juice stir and mix well.
6.Now add the Paneer cubes and tossed. Check for seasoning and add more honey if required.
7.Add the lemon zest and tossed.
8.Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with parsley and coriander leaf serve immediately.
