The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

-Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling
correspondence; designing filing systems.
-Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
-Preparing Quotations/Offers as per requirements
-Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
-Monitoring inventory, office stock, and ordering office supplies as necessary.
-Organizing business travel bookings, itineraries and accommodation.
- Accounting and Tallying business travel expenses and proper maintenance of bills
-Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
-Assisting the HR department with job postings and interviews.

Requirements :

-Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
-Excellent organizational and leadership skills
-Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
