We kindly request all clients who have pending works with us to complete the process at the earliest, as we are in the process of shifting our studio location to a new place.
For clients who have not yet selected photos for album design, frames, editing, or final deliverables, please make sure to complete your photo selection within one week from today so we can proceed without delay.
We also request all clients to kindly clear any pending balance payments on time to ensure smooth completion and delivery of your projects.
If any client has not yet received deliverables such as:

Frames
Edited Videos
Photo Deliverables
Any pending work from our side
Please send us a text message or voice note with your details so we can prioritize and complete your work promptly. Your support, cooperation, and timely response will help us serve you better during this transition.
