The mind is like an Umbrella... It’s most useful when Open.
After the first lockdown we decided to make our way to the hills. One to stay fit and two we were all pi**ed off staying indoors and the mind had stopped working. In order to stay fit, Landour was the perfect hill station in Uttarakhand. It’s calm and scenic but always gets crowded during weekends. This picture is captured over a weekday during our morning walks to the chardukaan.

is a small town in the Lahaul and district on the banks of the Spiti River in Himachal Pradesh, India. The town lies on the road between and , the sub-divisional headquarters of Spiti. The town surrounds a Buddhist which, according to legend, is said to be over a thousand years old. It was founded in 996 CE in the Tibetan year of the Fire Ape by the .
We reached this beautiful town in the evening and stayed for the Night in a at Fungsuk Homestay. The host fungsuk did a warm welcome. It was a beautiful homestay. We recommend you to have dinner at the homestay and request for the local delicacy (if possible). There are 2 famous cafes in the area which also serve good food.Will write about them seperately.

With we were on a trip to one of the closest hillstation from Mumbai. It was a photograph trip lead by and we were out with out camera gear in the evening. Post capturing few beaitiful lanscapses of the matheran hills we made ourselves ready for thr next challenge -The Night

We ce accross a small well where we expected few frogs but what drew our attention was this tiny little spider. It was as tiny as a 1mm creature. We all were so kuch busy capturing this tiny creature that we nearly missed a Green Vine Snake on the same plant!!!

This post is dedicated to this tiny little spider as a macro subject.

Males Impala are known as rams, while females are referred to as ewes and have no horns. Male impalas have Lyre-shaped and ringed horns, up to 75cm long. The male’s horns can take many years to reach full length, which is why young animals are unlikely to establish a dominant position and breeding territory.
