Bronze Winged Jacana from Bharatpur. This little bird, that lives on the floating vegetation of wetlands, has always given me tough times to get a good picture of in good light. The shiny iridescent feathers of this beautiful bird makes it quite a stand out from dull colored birds in its vicinity.
In my last visit to Bharatpur, I had fortunes of this bold bird busy feeding in morning sunlight walk closeby for some good photographs. In my trips, though the bird is in my wishlist for so long, I don't like to chase it just to satisfy my photography ego. After several trips, only in my last trip, I could get a decent photograph of this beauty. Hope you like it too :-)
