🌸 The Arch That Almost Didn’t Make It 🌸

For this maternity shoot, I made a rectangular arch with white curtains and hanging flowers—like the ones you see at weddings. It looked lovely, but the wind had other plans! The arch fell over twice, and we were scrambling to get it up and set before the couple arrived.

Finally, we moved to a less windy spot, and on the third try, it stayed up! When the couple saw it, they were so happy, and honestly, that made all the chaos totally worth it. 😊

🌸 Still Yet Full of Life 🌸

At Eco Park, we found the perfect little spot for this maternity shoot—a tiny lotus pond about 3 meters wide. Its stillness reminded me of her belly, calm and steady on the surface. But don’t mistake either for being idle—both quietly nurture new life, continuously ushering in growth and beauty in their own way.

The soft reflection of her belly in the water felt like a beautiful echo of that shared purpose. It was a moment of quiet wonder, and I only realized all this after clicking the picture. 🌿💖

This mom? Absolute calmness embodied. From the moment she walked into the session, she had this air of simplicity and grace. Not a hint of panic—just calm, cozy vibes that made me want to sit down and take notes. ✨💫

Now, when I was a newborn mom? Ha! Picture wild hair, and me wondering if I had brushed my teeth. 🦷😂 Discomposed was an understatement—I was one pajama day away from calling it a personality trait. 😅

But watching this mom, with her peaceful smile and soothing presence, gave me hope that every mom finds her groove eventually (some of us do it with more sweat 💦 and a bit of frantic Googling 🔍).

🐰 Pop! goes the Rabbit. Just when I think I’ve seen it all... There I was, capturing the perfect, peaceful shot: a newborn gently posed with its chin on tiny hands, the kind of picture that melts your heart. The room was quiet, everyone holding their breath to keep the calm, and I was ready to snap the dreamy moment.

Suddenly, this little bunny opens his eyes and lifts his head high, glares at me right through my lens and viewfinder, as if to say, 'Gotcha!' 😳 I panicked for a split second, my mind racing—what do I do?!—before instinct kicked in and click—I captured the moment just in time.

Is this evolution at work? Because I’m also a mom, and I swear kids these days are born with a little extra something. They’re skipping ‘newborn’ status and going straight to ‘baby superhero in training.’ 😂🦸‍♂️

(Disclaimer: Don’t worry, both parents, a guardian, and my assistant were right there, closely monitoring this mighty little one. This baby’s got power, but safety is always a priority! 💪✨)
