Thrilled to share that I've successfully graduated from the prestigious Capgemini Connected Manager program! 🌐✨
This transformative journey has equipped me with invaluable management skills and behaviors essential for navigating today's dynamic work landscape. 🌱 The program has been a game-changer, offering practical insights, tools, and the confidence needed to lead teams in a hybrid and flexible work environment. 🤝 I will be joining a global community of ~10% of Capgemini Group's Connected Manager alumni which truly is an honor! 🌍🌟
My journey was incredibly rewarding as I collaborated with my pod, delving into discussions on emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, stress management, critical thinking, agility, growth mindset, overcoming imposter syndrome, and delivering constructive feedback. 🤓💬
