A young JKAS Officer(2012-batch), Younis Ahmad Mir passed away after losing battle to cancer. He was serving as Assistant Director(AD) Handicrafts in Budgam.

May his soul rest in Jannah and may his family find patience to bear this loss!

Budgam accident; Driver Killed, two students injured. Deputy Commissioner Budgam Athar Aamir Khan and SSP Budgam Hariprasad K.K. visited SMHS Hospital, sgr!

Srinagar to inquire about the condition of children injured in the Negoo, Chadoora bus accident.

They reviewed the treatment being provided and interacted with the injured children and their attendants. Doctors informed the officials that both children are stable and recovering.

The DC directed hospital authorities to ensure the best possible medical care and said the district administration is closely monitoring the situation while extending all necessary support and assistance.

Delhi High Court grants bail to Kashmiri activist Khurram Parvez in an alleged terror funding case under UAPA. He was arrested by NIA in November 2021 and was denied bail by trial court in December 2024.
