1. Be enthusiastic and refreshing while interacting with the clients.
2. Need to get in touch with clients to discuss their requirements and give options accordingly.
3. Finalize the package and get the dates fixed.
4. Keep a follow up with the client for any issues before, during or after shoot.
5. Keep a follow up with photographers/videographers/crew for any issues/updates/requirements.
6. Follow up with clients for CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) check after delivery of promised material.
7. The salary mentioned is not a fixed amount you will get every month. Everytime you finalize a package and get advance for it, you get 5% of it (initially, will be increased to 10% for good performance).
8. You need to keep a written and voice record of all the interactions and email it at the end of the day (EOD).
9. You will be working online all the time, so you should have your own Desktop/Laptop with internet connection.
10. You will be working online all the time, but we might expect you to show up at the office or clients place, if anything important comes up. You should be ready to travel anywhere in Mumbai for official work, if required.
11. Your target for the month will be minimum 10 clients per month. If you don't reach your target for 3 months consecutively (excluding the month of June to October), you're not catching on, so we will have to let you go.
