I hope today is filled with something that makes you happy, whether that’s a big family gathering, a picnic in the sun, a little trip, or those simple traditions like egg painting, which I loved so much as a kid. 👨‍🎨🌈🥚

February felt like the right moment to give my small creative business a little care.
I’ve been quietly refreshing how it looks and feels, and setting a clearer direction for 2026.
Inspired by Bauhaus, the work is moving towards something more timeless and refined.
Still playful, still warm, just more intentional.

As I’m saying goodbye to 2025, I just want to say thank you. To everyone who has followed my work since I started sharing colourful photographs back in 2017, I’m truly grateful.

I wish I had shared more images this year... Instagram doesn’t feel like it used to, back when a single photo could travel far on its own.

With constant algorithm changes, the push toward video, and AI flooding the feed, getting discovered feels harder than ever.

So much time and energy goes into creating and sharing now, and often it feels like it disappears quietly.

I feel deeply nostalgic for the early days of this platform, but it is what it is.

I’ll still keep creating and sharing, hoping the work reaches at least some of you who connect with it.

Please never give up on your dreams, and keep doing what makes you feel fulfilled!

Here in Sicily, where I am working from, it is still roasting hot outside, but I know many of you are already feeling that shift in the air and getting ready for the cosy season ahead. As much as people would love to just sit back with a pumpkin spice latte and a plate of cinnamon swirls, the reality is that for business owners this is not the time to slow down.

Mid-90s throwback: three kids, wild imagination, and some very questionable fashion choices. That’s me, my brother, and my sister growing up in Eastern Hungary. Life was simple. No mobile phones, no internet, just us running around and dreaming up worlds of our own.

I was the kid who loved drawing and painting. I even won school competitions and thought that maybe this was my path. But then life happened. I grew up, made bad career choices, and moved from country to country searching for something I could not name. Along the way, I lost my creative spark.

It took years of detours, setbacks, and tough lessons to find my way back. Now I am creating again, experimenting every day, and living a happy life in Sicily.

So when I look at this photo, I don’t just see the funny 90s fashion, the crazy hairstyles, or the awkward smiles. I see the kid I have been trying to find again. And I am glad I finally did.

Hello September 🍁👀✨ Can you believe how fast summer flew by? Here in South Italy, it’s been blazing hot, and I have been dreaming of that crisp, cool autumn air.

I love noticing the little changes in nature this time of year. How the leaves slowly turn red, orange, and yellow, the soft sunlight, and those magical moments that make autumn so special.

In the upcoming months, I’m excited to focus on creating and sharing illustrations and designs that capture that autumn magic. But it’s not just about the art for me.

It’s Friday, so to kick off the weekend with a little fun, I’ve prepared a game. Can you find the cat in these photos? 🐈🔍👀

The streets of Italy are full of cats, and here in Ortigia, they’re literally on every corner. Capturing them isn’t easy. During the day they’re usually asleep under flower pots or cars, or too wild and only let close those who feed them. They’re more active in the evenings when they hunt pests, which is probably why they roam the streets so freely. But sometimes they sneak into my street shots anyway. That’s how this little collection of lazy Sicilian cats came to be.

Some are easy to spot, others are hiding in the background, waiting to be discovered. Let me know in the comments how your cat hunt went! 😸
